Lloyd Kirkpatrick Student AwardsAs part of the Lloyd Kirkpatrick Student Awards Program, The Lloyd Kirkpatrick Community Service Award at Ancaster High School is sponsored by The Rotary Club of Ancaster and is given to the student in his/her graduating year that most reflects the principles contained in the Rotary Motto - "Service Above Self", the Rotary 4-Way Test and that has shown the most sustained community leadership throughout their school years. A plaque and a $500 bursary is presented to the recipient. The Lloyd Kirkpatrick Athletic Awards are presented at Ancaster Senior Public School each year. The awards are given to the top male and female athletes in the school. A Certificate for the student's Curriculum Vitae and a Certificate suitable for framing are provided. The Lloyd Kirkpatrick Community Service Awards at public elementary schools in Ancaster are sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ancaster and are given to one student in each participating school that most reflects the principles contained in the Rotary Motto - "Service Above Self", the Rotary 4-Way Test and that has provided the greatest community/school leadership during the past year. A Certificate for the student's Curriculum Vitae, and a Certificate suitable for framing are provided. |
